Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods or product launches.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship within the United States using standard carriers such as USPS and/or UPS, depending on order size and destination.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered the processing or fulfillment stage.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, ERA Nail Supply Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other external circumstances. If your package is delayed, we recommend using your tracking number to follow updates directly with the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

ERA Nail Supply Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the professional and sanitary nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Nail liquids, powders, or prep products

  • Clearance or final sale items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Professional Use Notice

Many of our products are intended for licensed professionals and trained nail technicians. By purchasing from ERA Nail Supply Co., you acknowledge responsibility for proper product use and application.
